We are very excited to take this step and be able to share with you information of interest and current events. We are going to enter into the exciting and little known world of the Black Truffle and we are delighted that you are part of it.
We are going to send you recipes, Truffle conservation, cosmetics, typology and everything that has to do with the universe of the Black Truffle, which we tell you is not small and is surprising.

WHO ARE SINGULAR TRUFFLE

We are a family business that has been working in the truffle world for more than 30 years. We have from the nursery where we obtain our own mycorrhized seedlings and an R&D area, where we develop improvements in the substrate (Turbatruf) that we use in our fields and that, on the other hand, we commercialize. Turbatruf is partly responsible for the quality of our Black Truffles.

WHERE WE COME FROM

More than 30 years ago José Rozalén began his career in the world of truffles as a nurseryman and pioneer in the mycorrhization of seedlings with black truffle, and has led the family to an enriching and increasingly powerful adventure. It has been his son Luis, who has modernized and adapted the family business to the new times, maintaining the same values and respect for the land that I have seen him born, grow and live.

WHERE WE’RE GOING

Our mission is to become world leaders in truffle growing and to make Sarrión and its surroundings known as a national and international reference point in the Black Truffle market.

Trufficulture is our life and we want to share it with you.
